Rijksmonument Molen de Haan is gelegen aan de rand van kleinstad Brouwershaven op de stadswal, vanuit de molen of 360 graden tuin heeft u een prachtig uitzicht over Brouwershaven, het Zeeuwse land, de haven en het Grevelingen meer. Op loopafstand bevinden zich diverse restaurants, winkeltjes, supermarkt, stranden en strandpaviljoens. Zeeland is voorzien van diverse fiets en wandelroutes en een aantal van deze passeren de Molen.De molen is gebouwd in 1724 en in de jaren 1960 is de molen verbouwd als woning, door de jaren is er veel gedaan aan het wooncomfort wat natuurlijk niet altijd makkelijk is aan een gebouw wat destijds een van de eerste industriële machines was om koren te malen.De molen is nu voorzien van vloerverwarming op de begane grond, radiator verwarming op alle verdiepingen en een gezellig gaskacheltje in de woonkamer. Op de begane grond is ook de keuken voorzien van alle moderne apparatuur: Oven, Magnetron, Vaatwasser, Waterkoker, Senseo, Koffiezetapparaat. TV op alle verdiepingen en WIFI
Op de eerste verdieping een 2 persoons bed en de badkamer, op de 2e verdieping 2x eenpersoons bed en een stapelbed, de 3e verdieping is de kap en hier bevind zich de as waar de wieken aan bevestigd zijn en diverse onderdelen om de molen te laten draaien.

National Monument Windmill de Haan is situated on the edge of the small town of Brouwershaven on the city wall, from the mill, surrounded by its' own gardens, you have a beautiful view over Brouwershaven, Zeeuwse land, the harbor with its many sailing boats and the Grevelingen lake. Within easy walking distance are several restaurants, shops, supermarkets, beaches and beach pavilions. Zeeland has various cycling and hiking trails, some of witch pass the Windmill. Over the years the mill has undergone extensive restoration and renovation to provide comfortable living accommodation whilst still retaining the integrity of a building originally built in 1724 as one of the first industrial machines for grinding corn.
The mill is now equipped with underfloor heating on the ground floor, additional heating via radiotors on the other floors and a cozy gasstoof in the living room. The kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped with modern appliances including an oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Kettle, Senseo, Coffee Maker. Television is available on all floors and WIFI internet.
The first floor accommodation comprises a double bed and the bathroom, the second floor accommodation two single beds and a bunk bed. The third floor, being the top of the windmill houses the machinery originally intended to facilitate the smooth running of the windmill in its time, a delightful and interesting feature.

Die Mühle de Haan befindet sich am Rande der kleinen Stadt Brouwershaven und ist an der Stadtmauer gelegen. Von der Mühle haben Sie einen schönen Blick auf Brouwershaven, Zeeland Land haben, den Hafen und die Grevelingensee. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich mehrere Restaurants, Geschäfte, Supermärkte, Strände und Strandpavillons. Zeeland hat viele Rad- und Wanderwege. Die Mühle wurde im Jahre 1724 erbaut und 1960 zum Wohnhaus umgebautund im Laufe der Jahre modernem Komfort angepasst. Die Mühle besitzt jetzt im Erdgeschoss eine Fußbodenheizung, Heizkörper auf allen Etagen und einen gemütlichen Kachelofen? im Wohnzimmer. Im Erdgeschoss ist die Küche mit allen modernen Geräten ausgestattet: Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Wasserkocher, Senseo, Kaffeemaschine. TV auf allen Etagen und WIFI
Auf der ersten Etage gibt es ein Doppelbett, das Badezimmer befindet sich auf der zweiten Etage, 2x Einzelbetten und 1Etagenbett, die 3. Etage dient dem Betrieb der Mühle.
